- sings like a bird in eleven languages and in every major Opera House in the world. She dances on film, video and television and has played Shakespeare in both London and Italy. Her fundraising concerts are legendary, embracing grand opera and jazz with much in between, and often take place in Cathedrals or gardens. The roses which are named after her by the distinguished firm of Harkness, benefit Help For Heroes and The Little Angel Puppet Theatre and are planted, 100 of them in front of La Scala, Milan, among many other places.
